This is Michelle - a 1980 Kawasaki 1000 LTD. This was a motorcycle my roommate in Germany
bought and then sold to me. On the bike Cal has been across the US twice.
This bike has been painted twice - once early on, when I thought the original
paint job was too plain, and again after I lost a side cover on a trip, which
gave me the chance to repaint the panel and the bike.
Michelle was a dependable bike - fun to ride and powerful.
