Exporing where East meets West in Türkiye

In spring of 2026, Cal and Virginia Ann toured Türkiye for two weeks traveling from Istanbul down the west coast and then to the middle of the country to Cappadocia. The trip started four weeks into the War with Iran and Virginia Ann was very nervous. Once in Türkiye we felt very safe and at no time felt uncomfortable or threatened. We both enjoyed the trip and would like to return.
