Saturday, 5 October 2019 - Beautiful sunrise over the Tetons through snow clouds with great light and mountain reflections, photographed Teewinot Mountain and snow-covered Storm Point from the hotel, enjoyed scenic vistas near Jenny Lake Lodge with fresh snow on the trails, and returned to Mormon Row for barn photography with atmospheric mountain backdrops.
This morning there were snow clouds in the sky - and at sunrise the light was beautiful. Cal had
trouble getting from our cabin to the lodge without standing and just taking pictures.
This is Teewinot Mountain in the clouds.
Moments later the colors changed as the sun rose.
Snow covered Storm Point. These are all taken from the parking lot of our hotel.
Clouds make the mountain soft and Alpine looking.
Now the sun is up and some light makes it through the clouds.
The mountain is lit by the sun - just can't stop taking pictures.
Walking back from breakfast - the clouds had moved on the mountain.

We went back to Mormon Row to "shoot" the barn which Melania prevented us from seeing the day before.
The sky was not clear - so no blue - but the texture on the barn makes for a good photograph.
