Christmas in Scottsdale, Arizona, in 1996. Cal was stationed in Phoenix, AZ by TSYS
working on conversion of the BofA account.
Mom's birthday - it was the hottest day in Phoenix recorded history. We went to Las Vegas
where it was 117 degrees to celebrate and cool down. From left to right, Liz Holman,
Cal Holman, Virginia Ann, Cal, and sister Mary. Cal is holding Ester, a wired hair
dachshund brought back from Germany.
Cal and Virginia Ann at the Columbus Steeplechase in 1996. Virginia Ann is smiling
because this is one of the races during which she was not working. For 10
years she was the Executive Director.
Cal and Virginia Ann skiing in Crested Bute, Co. Cal may look the part but was a green trail skier
all weekend. Being on the USMA ski team did not help (there is a story there but too long for you
to read). Virginia Ann on the other hand was all over the maintains.
